Returns are accepted only within 30 days of delivery. After that, we cannot refund or take the kit back.

How to start a return
- Reply to your order confirmation with your order number and a one-line reason.
- We’ll send the return address.
- Pack the full physical kit (chopper and accessories; include stainless tubs if you bought them).
- Ship it back at your expense and keep tracking.
- Once we receive and check it, we refund the kit purchase price to your original payment method.
Arrived broken or wrong
If it arrived defective, damaged in transit, or the wrong item, reply with photos within 7 days of delivery. We’ll replace it or refund it, and Boardless covers that return shipping.
Digital Prep Guides
The 4 PDFs are delivered after checkout. They are non-refundable once delivered. If you return the physical kit, you keep the PDFs.

- Items missing parts, heavily misused, or not from our kit (we may refuse or partial-refund)
